Training Philosophy
Every program I design is adaptive and tailored to each individual’s goals, abilities, and life stage. I use three research driven principles to help my clients develop strength, build stamina, and increase flexibility:
Power: Power is what helps you go further, faster. Developing strength and explosive ability helps my clients to move more efficiently and accelerate performance.
Endurance: Endurance is all about building up your body’s ability to withstand doing hard things over long periods of time. It develops resilience, stamina, and mental toughness both in the gym and in everyday life.
Mobility: Flexibility and joint health are the keys to working out and staying health throughout your life.
This holistic approach allows clients at all fitness levels to perform at their best while minimizing injury and maximizing longevity.
